You Won't Believe the Top 5 Reasons to Move to Weston, Massachusetts

If you are looking to move to the suburbs of Boston and want to know more about the Town of Weston than this video is for you. We cover our top 5 reasons to move to Weston!

Have you been thinking what should we do as a family in Weston? What activities can our family do in Weston? Well, in this video we cover our top 5 reason to move to Weston.

Here are our top five reasons on why you should move to Weston.

1. The Schools

Top in the state. Also have these private schools The Gifford School, Meadowbrook School, The Cambridge School of Weston, and The Rivers School.

2. History

Ten historic districts in town are on the National Register of Historic Places and eight properties on Crescent Street make up a Local Historic District. This does not even include the 26 Historic Areas, which are neighborhoods or streets that are at least 50 years old and are recognized by the Massachusetts Historical Commission, the number of scenic roads, and the many individually recognized historic properties.

3. The Location

Large town close to 95 and the pike but also great towns like Wellesley, Concord, Lincoln and Wayland. If you want land, a downtown, and an easy commute to Boston than Weston is for you.

4. Lot Sizes

You have some of the larger lot sizes of all the Boston suburbs while keeping the close distance to the city. The FAR in Weston is 10% and because of this you get some larger lot sizes.

5. Landsake Farm

Talk about CSA, new barn, farm dinners, fall festival. They just constructed a new barn and it is a great place to visit in the Weston community. We come here all the time with our family.
