“It was especially daunting trying to sell our house dealing with Covid-19, living and commuting between 2 states.
Prior to meeting Steve by chance, we had met with 3 different large companies in town. They are also known nationally. Each provided us with appraisal based on comp in our area. The variations looked confusing when compared with our own research from Zillow and Realtor.com. We needed help to understand. With follow up conversations on how we can maximize our selling price, it was apparent that they were more interested in quick sale with minimal effort on their part.
Steve was a blessing to us. He was honest, respectful, organize, communicative, resourceful, and very insightful. He has an excellent team he worked with.
