You can browse homes online but until you see each neighborhood in person it is very hard to envision where is best for you. The next step is to understand the schools and where in town is best for you. Wellesley has many neighborhood elementary schools and one middle and high school. You can walk from many neighborhoods to an elementary school so we try to understand if that’s a priority. Another question is Do you want more land and privacy or would you want to be closer to the downtown area and be within walking distance to restaurants. The final step is to Tour homes in each area to understand what homes trade for in each location.
