Some predicted the higher interest rates might cool the housing market and lead to price decreases but that’s not been the case in the towns we follow. Buyers are still out there looking and competing for great homes and average sale prices have increased year over year.

With so few listings, demand has far surpassed supply as sellers are choosing to stay put (and hold on to their historically low mortgage rates!). Now is a great time to sell! Homes that are priced correctly continue to sell quickly with multiple offers.
